WKD Performance Challenege T&Cs

Promoter: WKD Training | Venue: Goodlife Health Clubs Mount Lawley, Western Australia | Assessment: $30

Monthly promotional period: [10/10/26] to [31/10/26]

1. Promotion
The WKD Performance Challenge (the Promotion) is conducted by WKD Training (the Promoter) at Goodlife Health Clubs Mount Lawley, Western Australia (the Venue). The Promotion consists of defined monthly promotional periods. The applicable start and closing dates will be published on the booking page and/or advertising for each period.

2. Challenge Assessment and Cost
The Challenge Assessment costs $30. The $30 fee is the ordinary fee charged for the fitness assessment, testing, scoring and administration and is not a separate fee paid to enter the random prize draw. Participants receive their individual results whether or not they consent to leaderboard publication. The Promoter must not increase the ordinary price of the Assessment because of the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 14 years old and satisfy applicable Venue requirements. Participants under 18 must provide parent/guardian consent where required. The Promoter may refuse participation where eligibility, Venue or safety requirements arenot met.

4. Health and Safety
The Challenge involves physical exertion and may involve near-maximal effort. Participants must disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, symptoms or other circumstances that may affect safe participation and should obtain medical clearance where appropriate. The Promoter may modify, stop or decline a test where reasonably necessary for safety. Participants must follow instructions and immediately report pain, dizziness, illness or other concerning symptoms.

5. Challenge Tests
The three tests are: (a) 500 m row; (b) standing broad jump; and (c) maximum technically correct push-ups. Testing will follow the WKD protocol applicable to the relevant promotional period, including any equipment, warm-up, technique, movement-standard and rest requirements. An attempt or repetition that does not satisfy the protocol may not count.

6. Scoring
Each test is scored from 0 to 100 WKD Performance Points, for a maximum aggregate score of 300. Scores are adjusted for age and sex using the WKD Performance scoring tables applicable to the Promotion. For the 500 m row, faster time scores higher; for broad jump and push-ups, greater performance scores higher. The score is a comparative fitness index and is not a clinical
assessment.

7. Official Result
The result recorded by the Promoter at completion of the Assessment is the official result, subject only to correction of a clear administrative, calculation, recording or equipment error. Once the monthly promotional period has closed, results are final except where correction is required.

8. Leaderboard and Consent
Leaderboard participation is optional. With consent, a participant's first name, surname initial, individual test scores, aggregate score, leaderboard position and applicable improvement may be displayed on the gym leaderboard, WKD Training website and Challenge-related social media, including Goodlife members' social channels. A participant who does not consent may still complete the Assessment and receive their result but is not eligible for Promotion prizes. Leaderboard consent is separate from marketing consent.

9. Monthly Participation
Unless the Promoter expressly authorises otherwise, each participant may complete one official Challenge attempt per monthly promotional period. The Promoter may permit a replacement attempt where an Assessment cannot be completed because of equipment failure, protocol error or another circumstance attributable to the Promoter.

10. Prizes
For each monthly promotional period, the prizes are:

1st place: 3 free WKD Training PT sessions;

2nd place: 2 free PT sessions;
3rd place: 1 free PT session;

Most Improved: 1 free PT session;

Beat the Coach: 1 free PT session;

Random Challenge Prize: 1 free PT session.

PT sessions are subject to availability, provided by WKD Training and are not redeemable for cash.

11. 12-Month Placing Restriction
A participant may win a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place prize only once during any rolling 12-month period. The participant may continue to participate and appear on the leaderboard. If an ineligible participant finishes in a prize position, the relevant prize passes to the
highest-ranked eligible participant.

12. Most Improved
Most Improved is awarded to the eligible participant with the greatest increase in aggregate WKD Performance Score compared with their immediately preceding official monthly score. A prior official score is required. The Promoter may exclude a result where it reasonably considers that a participant deliberately underperformed or manipulated a prior result to obtain an advantage. Ties are decided by higher current aggregate score, then greater improvement in 500 m row score.

13. Beat the Coach
Before each monthly promotional period, the Promoter may publish a fixed Coach Score. The Coach Score will not be increased during that period. The Beat the Coach prize is awarded to the highest-scoring eligible participant who exceeds the published Coach Score. If nobody exceeds it, the prize is not awarded.

14. Random Challenge Prize
Each eligible participant who completes the official Challenge Assessment during the monthly promotional period receives one entry into the random prize draw for that period. There are no additional entries for higher scores, sharing, referrals or other actions. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries using a random selection method. The Promoter will record the draw method and result.

15. One Prize Per Participant
A participant may receive no more than one prize in a monthly promotional period. If a participant qualifies for more than one prize, the highest-value prize takes precedence. Where appropriate, the other prize passes to the next eligible participant.

16. Draw and Winner Notification
The random prize draw will be conducted within one month after the close of the relevant monthly promotional period. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at booking as soon as reasonably practicable after the draw. Where practicable, the public will be given an opportunity to witness the draw; otherwise, records sufficient to verify the draw will be retained.

17. Prize Redemption
Prizes should be redeemed within 60 days after notification unless the Promoter agrees otherwise. Sessions are subject to reasonable booking availability and normal cancellation requirements. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

18. Advertising
All advertising of the Promotion will describe the prizes and direct participants to where these Terms & Conditions can be found. The booking page will provide access to these Terms & Conditions throughout the relevant promotional period.

19. Records
The Promoter will retain records relating to the Promotion and random draw for at least 12 months and will make them available to an authorised officer or member of the Police Force on request where required by applicable law.

20. Withdrawal of Leaderboard Consent
A participant may withdraw leaderboard consent by contacting the Promoter. If consent is withdrawn before the relevant monthly period closes, the participant will be removed from leaderboard participation and will no longer be eligible for prizes for that period. Withdrawal does not invalidate the individual Assessment result.

21. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify a participant where it reasonably believes the participant has cheated, falsified information, deliberately manipulated a result, breached the testing protocol, interfered with equipment or otherwise materially breached these Terms & Conditions. Where reasonably practicable, the participant will be given an opportunity to respond.

22. Ties
Where eligible participants have the same aggregate score, the tie-break order is: (1) higher 500 m row score; (2) higher standing broad-jump score; (3) higher push-up score; and (4) if still tied, random selection.

23. Cancellation, Suspension and Future Periods
The Promoter may specify a final closing date and may decide not to conduct future promotional periods. Once a promotional period has commenced, any amendment to these Terms & Conditions or cancellation/withdrawal of the Promotion will only occur with any prior written approval required by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia. Future promotional periods may have different terms, prizes or protocols.

24. Privacy
Personal information collected to administer the Challenge will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy practices and applicable privacy law. Leaderboard consent is separate from general marketing consent.

25. Venue
The Promotion is operated by WKD Training. Goodlife Health Clubs Mount Lawley is the Venue and/or promotional channel unless otherwise expressly agreed. Goodlife is not the Promoter unless separately agreed in writing.

26. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

27. Acceptance
By booking or participating in the Challenge Assessment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the applicable testing instructions. Parent/guardian consent is required where applicable for participants under 18.
